Elephant Odyssey at the San Diego Zoo

Elephant Odyssey is the newest exhibit to be added to the San Diego Zoo and incorprates much of the area where the former Hoof and Horn Mesa used to be located. The area highlights the animal decendents of the placitine animals whom used to roam Southern Californa.

In addition to the new animal exhibits there has been a new grouping of the park, no more are there Cat Caynon, Tiger River, and the like but the park has been reoginized into seperate "lands" such as Lost Forest and Africa Rocks.
